Execute QTP script from a webpage

Is it possible to execute QTP sctipts from a simple webpage or we have a link and clicking on that link starts the script automatically. And we can access that web page from any where and it executes the scripts which we mention or any specific script?

The thing mentioned above is possible but i want to execute the QTP installed on any machine somewhere and the QTP script can b run by accessing webpage from anywhere.

Should i mention any IP information or is there any other solution?

Look up on MSDN For Createobject Method, to create a object(QuickTest.Application) on a remote machine.
