facing problem in record mode

Hi Ankur,

1)If i try to record web application, only the below statement is generated. please help me in this...
2) i've VISTA in my system. after installing 9.2, if i record flight application noting is generated in expert view.....
Please suggest me....

most of them says to open the QTP first, then the browser...I did the same...but it didn't help me....
also, Web addin is available... please help me
