Possible solutions,

1. Search the Forum.
2. OS ?
3. where have you mentioned ? Default or through the code ?

Answers to the above should resolve the problem.

Hi
If you are using IE browser Check for this:

Go to tools > Options > Advanced (web)
select For Record for the IE browser form the recording option

It will work

Hi,

You can also do this, disable "User Account Control" from the control panel and then restart your machine.
