QTP stops in the middle of batch run with not able to allocate memory error.
Can any one tell the possible causes of the error.

Just remove the previous test results and run the test again this can be done by the test results deletion tool
may be it is due to more results folders occupying the memory delete them and run again

problem the results occupying the memory
