It seems when QTP 11 scripts are executed from ALM 11, 'Run One iteration Only' setting is getting ignored and test is automatically running on all rows.
This looks like a known issue and HP has introduced a Hotfix QTP_00733 to fix this. You can contact HP support to download the hotfix.
