Hi,
I have a problem when opening the Mercury tours website. It shows the Warning: mysql_connect () [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in / home / demoaut / public_html / newtours / includes / functions / database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server!

How to rectify this error. Suggestions please
