How to write descriptive programming for DatePicker

Hello All.

Can anybody have the descriptive code to click on Date picker and select month and year from the date picker, please check the attachment i want to click on date picker->select Month->select year->select date, how is it possible please let me know, hoping for all of yours cooperation.
