How you decide which framework to choose (modular driven,data driven,keyword dri. etc

Hi ,
I want to know how to decide which framework (modular driven,data driven ,keyword driven,hybrid driven ) to choose for automation a project ? One of my friend faced this question in an interview? 
It depend on the requirement and the workforce we have,let say for example if we do not have much techie tester then we follow keyword driven framework cause in this framework testers need not to have much knowledge of VB or QTP.
but most of the time each companies follow only one type of framework. and these days most of the companies follow hybrid framework because the cost of maintains is very low though the development cost is much high. Victor~ |
