Problems with qtp 10, not recognize Sbledit

Hi all,

I installed qtp 10 on two machines, in 1 machine qtp works fine and recognize the siebel objects, but in the second machine using the same version of qtp there is my problem because qtp didnt show me the siebel objects like the sbledit, so im stuck here could anyone help me with this?

Next show to you the differences between machines

First pc.-
Operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 Build 2600)
Internet Explorer version: 6.0.2900.2180


Second pc.- OS:
Operating system: Windows server 2003 Service Pack 2 (Build 3790)
Internet Explorer version: 6.0.3790.3959

In my opinion the OS and IE are not the culprits. I presume you ensured that you opened qtp first and then your app ? Hope you also took care of the addins?

My neurons have froze at this point, however i also recommend you to restart the machine and supply any findings you come across.

Actually yes, I opened first qtp then my app, about the addins I installed exactly the same in both machines chose the siebel addin and the java addin only from the qtp 10 setup. Any other ideas? why happens this? I need this version to make it work...

I almost forgot, i also restart the machine too
