QTP error for SAP

Hi,

My simple QTP script for SAP suddenly stopped working.
When I re-ran the qtp script, qtp displays the message:
"Could not connect to server"(U2) ST1 - Staging".
Please verify the appropriate server information is displayed and configured in the SAP Logon dialog"

- I have re-typed the username and password and re-ran the script and still getting the qtp error message above.
- The SAP server specified is up and running because I just logged on manually.

Please advise.
