Test result is not displaying in QTP

Hi..
I am faceing one problem I have a QTP8.2. After sucess play back my scripct i cant view the result on the test tree . OR Test Tree is not displaying after rum my script. ?

does result viewer opens?is there any error dispalys?
to open result goto Automation>Results to view result
set tools>options>run check on 'view results when run session ends'
this will open result every script completes execution

Hi njnirmal,

Please run the "QuickTestProfessional.bat" file located in the "QTP installed Directory\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin" (eg: C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin\QuickTestProfessional.bat).
If you run this batch file then the problem may solve. Try it out and let me know.
