Warning in Report

I’m using QTP11. I ran my script successfully. My Test result showing
5 Warnings
0 Failed
1 passed
How I find out what is the warning in my test? Should I just ignore it?

Warnings can be ignored, provided they are not user defined by you in the script.
Dont you see Warnings if you navigate as below?
In the results tree, expand (+) Test Recording Summary > Recording Iteration 1 (Row 1) > Action1 Summary > your application > your test name. The Test Results window now contains three panes, displaying: 1. the results tree, with one step highlighted 2. the test results details of the highlighted step.

Yes, my warning detail is below: how I resolve this?

"Ind_......."- Description mismatch The object was not found using the test object description. Check the object's properties. Warning 12/5/2013 - 23:27:57
