What is the difference between RFT and QTP (UFT) tool? Which tool is better? Can somepoint please me to a good comparison document?

As per my knowldge i am letting u know about this with small examples....

RFT is a IBM product to operate this tool Javascript is mandatory
whereas for QTP vb script is enough to handle..

Please let us know if there is any differences apart from this..

has the file attached been removed - when I open the document attached(QTP vs RFT.doc) it gives me 0bytes
Can someone give me the difference between QTP11 and RFT8.2.0
Also, I used QTP in IE, FF and checked the pdf's generated for my application - and it identified everything well.
While in case of RFT - IE worked fine, PDF recognized but getting a wrappedexception when using FF. Is it alright to comment here or should i create a new post?
