Error Message when HP Run Results Viewer tries to open

When the job runs and HP Run Results Viewer tries to open, I get two error screens. The first says:

Can't create pane - assembly: 'ScreenShotPane', object: 'ViewerPanes.ScreenShotPane'

The second:

Cannot create the 'ScreenShotPane'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled HP Run Results Viewer but still get the error.
