I need to test Map which is developed by AJAX. Do you have an idea how to test map(Like Google map). Do we need to add any plugins.

What are you trying to test?
You need to know the exact requirements of the test.
A briefe look st google maps revealed that some of the objects are recognizable
Map itself compiled out of images. with an array of properties you can check
