I had installed UFT 14.03 but after invoking the UFT 14.03 it's getting close automatically, after clicking the UFT 14.03 it is showing license validation screen then automatically get close

Try to switch off the anti-virus on your machine. For example - McAfee IPS had a known issue with QTP in the past.
