QTP 10 - Unable to open Functions

I am unable to open any created functions in QTP. This is strange behavior. I was able to do this 2 weeks ago. Got back to QTP and now i am not able to open any functions. These were public functions.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I am simply not able to open function or even create a new function.

When i go NEW > FUNCTION LIBRARY > No action is performed
When i go to Open an existing function Library > no action is performed

Strange, Try a fresh installation again or repair.
if problem persists, you should report to HP.
