For me it worked just fine with the solution I have mentioned in my blog post... instead of disabling all BHO objects at one go, you can do elimination by iterative process as I have mentioned...

If that doesn't solve the problem you should open a ticket with HP support..do keep us updated on the progress

here is the solution ,I have resloved this issue successfully.
Pls apply this path from HP.
QTPWEB_00003 - Prevent Internet Explorer Crash During QuickTest Identification of Radio Button
This hotfix solves a problem in which Internet Explorer sometimes crashed when QuickTest attempted to identify (for example, learn or spy on) a Web radio button object.

I guess that is right instead of disabling all BHO objects at one go, you can do elimination by iterative process...
