Modifying QC email template for QTP runs

In using the standard interface to specify the fields displayed in an email when QTP tests are run from QC the speficied fields do not display.

Does anyone have experience with modifying the default email templates used to send QTP email runs in QC?
Where are they stored?
The mail is sent but not the fields specified.
