parametrization under parametrization

Hi Can we use parametrization under parametrization. Bit configusion ?
For ex take a flight reservation application.
In this first i Login with any one user. Under this login i parameterize the test for multiple Date of Flights.
Same test i want to run for multiple user. Is it possible ?
If yes can someone guide me for Flights Application .
