Load Time

Hi All,
I do have two important questions to be solved. Please assist
1. I want to know the load time(time taken for a page to load and also time taken to navigate from one page to other).(Eg: suppose i am using gmail.com i will enter the login details and click login. i want to know the time when gmail inbox page open.(Time taken when you click login and time when gmail inbox page opens))
2. I am using QTP 10 in VDI and looking for a patch to support IE 10. (QTP 10 supports IE 10?)

Please assist me.

1. Use Transactions to accomplish that. With that said, QTP is not an ideal candidate to test "load" time.
